This knowledge allows you to create a self-care plan tailored specifically for you. Whether it validates that your current routine is spot-on or reveals areas for a gentle shift, you’ll discover what truly resonates. In this course, you’ll run your own Human Design chart and dive deep into the key elements: type, authority/intuition, energy centers, profile, and life theme. From there, you’ll intuitively craft a personalized self-care plan designed to align with your Human Design and maximize its impact on your life.
