Aiyah is the head cheesemaker and creamery manager at Crushpad Creamery, a small creamery at Wooldridge Creek Winery in the Applegate Valley of Southern Oregon. Aiyah’s lifelong love affair with cheese culminated in learning the craft as a delicious way to incorporate self sustainability into her homesteading and gardening practice. Aiyah has been crafting cheese for 15 years and has been a professional cheesemaker for 8, She also teaches wine and cheese pairing classes locally.
Aiyah will be teaching Cheesemaking: fresh mozzarella, burrata & ricotta.
