Sacred words, sacred wisdom: writing as a tool for healing
For those who wish to explore writing as a way to: process emotions, make meaning out of confusion, connect deeply to the self and share your voice. In this 2 hour class, we will go through a writing process that is both simple and deep, with time to sit with ourselves and connect with one another. My hope is that everyone walks away with a safe way to process and release the challenges and beauties of everyday life, whether you are jubilantly grateful, or exhausted with tear streaked cheeks. All is welcome. No writing experience necessary.
