Yoga practice for all trimesters , Seeks to harmonize body, mind, breath, emotions and spirit through a full range of adapted yoga postures or in flowiing sequences for special purposes ( asanas) using props to support the physical, emotional and mental changes. Including Breathing ( pranayamas), gestures ( mudras), yogic pelvic floor ( mudra and bandha), deep relaxation ( Yoga nidra) and meditation practices ( dhyana)
The talk circle appears with a fundamental role in the gestational process offering instruction/education and physical and emotional support for the womxn. Dedicated to providing well-being and safety for pregnant womxn.
