Traditional West African Dance class with live drumming. This class is a beginning West African dance class to introduce you to the deep joy and grace that embodies African dance. African dance is my fastest portal to my divine power and I find peace, spirit, and a deep connection to my ancestor through the energy and flow of this dance. I am excited to share focus the movements, sounds, and history of African dance with the intention and focus to come into our bodies and awaken healing, joy and sensuality.
