21 Apr Wake Up Warrior Flow
I will be teaching a blend of Yoga, Pilates, & circuit; with an emphasis on core training, balance control, and alignment. Using only our body weight, the classes will range primarily in intermediate level, though that being said it is very easy to modify for both beginners and advance. I will be using a flow count in the beginning half, followed by a tabata style circuit to bring on the heat & sweat, ending with a grounding cool down.
