Traditional Korean way of making kimchi enlightened with other medicinal plants such as turmeric root, radish, burdock, dandelion, and seaweed.

Try to gather ingredients to prepare kimchi, such as Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) or make modifications with ingredients that are already on hand. The idea would be to use what’s most accessible and possibly even growing in the wild.
