Sound Healing and Breath Alignment to Shift Energy
In Breath Alignment you release control and breathe in a cyclic way in a series of exercises that will allow yourself to experience whatever comes up. During our time together Toshia will help you to align with your breath, and in doing so you can let your mind run free. You will deepen in your state, relax your total body and the fullness of yourself will become activated and you will emerge anew.
Breath Alignment is a tool to trigger to soothe your brain, relax your nervous system, so that your body will be able to release the feel-good hormones of serotonin to the brain, oxytocin and endorphins to release tension from your body, and to help you to be in the present moment. Toshia will help you breathe with your diaphragm, focus on your respiratory system, show gratitude to your lungs.
