Pleasure As A Pathway to Healing and Liberation

Throughout modern history womxn’s pleasure have been controlled. Many of us have also been handed down a legacy of shame that disconnects us from our pleasure.

However, pleasure is the conduit that allows us to be fully expressed in every area of our lives.

Pleasure expands our well-being.
It awakens our creativity.
It allows us to stand in our activism and leadership.
It grounds and opens our hearts in our parenting and relationships.
Pleasure is also the seat of our resilience and the creative force that’s needed for our times as we create a brave new world together.

This virtual circle will give you a safe space to explore your relationship with pleasure through writing, movement, sharing and breathwork. Under the light of the full moon, you’ll explore and unpack the cultural conditioning and narratives that keep you from experiencing the full spectrum of your pleasure and remember your innocence, wildness and ecstatic pleasure!
