Your Inner Healer is a transformative journey that allows each participant to strengthen their bonds to Father Sky, Mother Earth, their community and themselves – instilling a deep sense of self as being an integral part of the collective.
The class will feature the use of Cathartic Breathwork held in sacred space with Reiki energy. Cathartic Breathwork is a therapeutic healing modality that empowers the individual to be their own shaman using only their own breath through a transpersonal experience.
