Learn how to grow wheatgrass and sunflower sprouts (soil-grown), as well as lentil sprouts and alfalfa (using sprouting bags and glass jars).

We will begin sprouting together on day one + Spirit Weavers will take home sprouts on the final day.

We will also make rejuvelac (a fermented beverage) using sprouted spring wheat. We will create a raw “dahl” recipe using lentil sprouts + enjoy during class!
