Sophie Ward Koren is a mother, author, shamanic practitioner and Certified Health Coach (IINHC) deeply committed to connecting new mothers with the power of our great Mother Earth through healing comfort foods, sustainable life practices and the shamanic ceremonies of the Andean Q’eros lineage. She lives in the verdant Ojai valley with her family and gratefully spends each day in the kitchen concocting medicinal foods and ceremonies for families, friends and loved ones. Sophie is the founder of Milk + Seed, a medicinal postpartum food delivery service and self-care movement for new mothers in Ojai, Santa Barbara and Malibu.
