Sadie was born and raised in the swamps of Louisiana, In her early twenties, she set out for the quartz brushed Ozark Mountains in NW Arkansas where she currently resides with her man and 2 blue heelers.
With a Aquarius Sun sign and Scorpio Rising, Sadie is a passionate yoga teacher and small business owner. Merging the discipline / mindfulness of yoga into her business model. It has been her mission to embark upon a business model that is deeply rooted in health for the planet, maker, and consumer. Business like anything else in life, has provided great challenges that constantly remind her that she is alive and the creativity that comes with being an entrepreneur feels like complete freedom.
Sadie has a Master’s Degree in Sociology (University of Arkansas) and is a registered 500hr experience yoga teacher. Her background in sociology has been a great aid in predicting consumer behavior and running a small business. Her training in the yogic traditions has been tremendous in bringing forth awareness in her business endeavors.
