Rhoda Lazo Todoran is a Guardian of Transitions, Transformations and Transmutations. She is a Reiki Practitioner trained in Advanced Breathwork Therapy and continues to explore various methods of healing and self mastery in order to co-create transformation with others. Some of the modalities she utilizes are Kundalini Dance, Inner Child work, tailored Guided Meditations, Reiki and a combination of Rebirthing and Holotropic Breathwork called Cathartic.
Besides facilitating tailored workshops for amazing communities like the yearly Spirit Weavers Gathering, the exclusive Soho House Malibu and the wellspring House of Intuition, she also holds space for group and individual Reiki-Infused Cathartic Breathwork sessions, Kundalini Dance workshops and various Community Circles in Salt Lake City, UT. Furthermore, Rhoda is a NFT fine art curator , an artist, a podcaster and a published author , a blessed homeschooling mama and a happy wife.
