When we slow down, we are able to bring intention to every aspect of our daily practice. Together, we move into an integrated experience that allows movement to become meditation. Our class series will build heat (sun) with an invigorating flow then cool down (lunar) as we move into restorative movements.
Raja Dhiraja yoga is a comprehensive system. of yoga that synchronize mindful movements and breath to chakras, mudras, mantras and meditation techniques to develop the mind, body and spirit. This practice was intended to deeply impact the endocrine system, nervous system, balance hormones, increase inner strength, stamina and flexibility. Enjoy a class full of deep twist, hip openers and steady transitions. Self-massage will be offered before taking our final resting pose.
