12 Dec Be Radical, Eat Traditional!
Our intention for this class is to give folks the tools to craft traditional herbal foods simply and successfully. Students will learn to turn their kitchens into an apothecary and transform everyday meals into medicine for their specific constitution. We’ll cover sprouting, ferments, food combining, and herbal foods. We will be taste testing wild medicinal pestos, adaptogenic desserts, tonic teas, and more! Students will also walk away with practical tools to keep their kitchen apothecary organized and functional.
