Pregnant Pause

In this workshop we will look at the importance of mindfulness and self care throughout the journey from Maiden to Mother. Taking the time to nurture our bodies, minds and Souls as we call forth and usher in a new Being. From conscious conception all the way through to postpartum, we grow and change and have the opportunity to learn more than we ever have about Ourselves. Please join me as we practice meditation, light yoga, open up a sharing circle and discuss ways to trouble shoot issues surrounding pregnancy, birth and the postpartum shift. We will also be learning about the “40 Days Tradition” and discuss ways for each woman to design her own safe container for healing post-birth. All women are welcome. You do need to have had a child or be pregnant. All bodies welcome. There is no material fee.
