In this workshop we will look at the importance of mindfulness and self care throughout the journey from Maiden to Mother. Taking the time to nurture our bodies, minds and Souls as we call forth and usher in a new Being. From conscious conception all the way through to postpartum, we grow and change. This portal of time can be a beautiful awakening and allow for a deeper level of healing. Please join me as we practice meditation, light yoga, open up a sharing circle and discuss ways to trouble shoot issues surrounding pregnancy, birth and the postpartum shift. We will also be discussing the “40 Days Tradition” and discuss ways for each woman to design her own safe container for healing post-birth. All women are welcome. You do not need to have had a child or be pregnant. All bodies welcome.
