This will be a writing workshop where we will ask questions, connect and write a love letter from the land of our Ancestors. Whether your ancestors land is Africa, Mexico, Australia, Asia….we will be connected with the very soil our ancestors birthed and cultivated from. I believe that once we connect with the land of our Ancestors that we unlock certain aspects of our DNA allowing us to move unbounded in life towards our dream experience. I will be conducting this workshop from my Native land of Africa, as I have recently relocated here. Location is TBD (either Tanzania, Kenya or Ethiopia) sitting in the soil, grounded in the Earth. My husband will close the session with a sound healing session, incorporating various flutes and didgeridoo. Be prepared to leave this class with momentum and clarity for creative and spiritual endeavors.
Feel very clean and awake. Suggest to take a sacred bath, put on comfy attire and have your favorite pen and paper/journal (natural if you have)
