Yoga for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. As you enter or contemplate your transition to motherhood, or as you explore this role with your young child, yoga and mindfulness are incredible resources to support your health, healing, strength, flexibility, and empowerment. These sessions will give you meaningful tools and practices that will serve you during pregnancy, birth, and your parenting journey. Spend time connecting with yourself, your community, and even your child – young ones are welcome at these sessions! We will strengthen our bodies, nourish our hearts, and deepen our well of resilience and power.
