Drop into the meditation of drilling a hole in a soft rock with a stick, grinding nuts on abrasive rocks to create beautiful beads and twisting fiber into string to create a beautiful necklace by hand from stones, nuts and plant fibers.These ancient techniques of using our hands to shape natural materials into desired shapes have been used by our ancestors for millennia and practicing them brings us into deeper connection with the earth and our own roots. Gaining the knowledge of how to apply these ancient technologies in our modern lives also brings a sense of empowerment.
