Humans have been making cheese for ages as a way to preserve milk in a more stable product.
In this beginning hands on cheesemaking class, we will look at the art and science of turning milk into cheese.
We will learn how to make fresh mozzarella and burrata cheeses, essential summertime cheeses! I will lead students through all the steps of making these delicious cheeses that you will be able to replicate at home.
I will be bringing local, organic cow’s milk to use and you will be able to take the cheese you make with you!
