Ms. Linda Ellis carries a Masters Degree in Educational Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Education which includes an emphasis on Early Childhood Development. Her experience began as an elementary school teacher working with children facing challenges, and spans over 40 years in cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Massachusetts.
Orphaned when she was 16 years old and left to care for her younger siblings, Ms. Linda summoned the inner courage to put herself through school, join the workforce, obtain a 2nd degree and raise her daughter (now 47) as a single mother.
Today, at 72 yrs old Ms. Linda is dedicated to sharing the wisdom and lessons of her life, the heights, and valleys, the tricks and tips as part of her continued commitment as a teacher in her community. For Ms. Linda, being an elder means it’s her duty to support other women in their journey of discovering the strengths that live in each of us, and why shared wisdom is so imperative to the overall health of our society.
