Kimchi

Ancient Wisdom, Modern Fermentation: Kimchi is the traditional Korean way of making kimchi enlightened with other medicinal plants such as turmeric root, radish, burdock, dandelion, and seaweed. I would like to speak to how the plant world has been a most powerful ally and how all the time-honored ways in which we as women can preserve and nourish our earthly bodies through deep nourishment with fermented foods and herbs. This skillshare is one that is of my ancestral roots and passed down directly from my grandmother and mother. I feel called to speak to the importance of connecting to ancestral nourishment and preservation of foods from our own lineages.
