Kat a.k.a. Citric Crystalline is a Mexica woman that began to immerse in generational healing as a teenager. The Beauty Way led me into therapy, crystal healing and public speaking in those early years and I found many teachers and guides to navigate the complexities of being a youth in Los Angeles, CA. Writing has always been the way I channel my passion and therapy, the stage supported my self esteem whenever I went under. I’ve worked with children, animals and women throughout my life and they led me to glimpses of embodying The Love Supreme energies. Grounding the frequency of authenticity and healing my nervous system through meditation, yoga and always writing!
