26 Mar Holistic Pelvic Care with Kate Coletti
Mother, Midwife, Teacher, Healer
I help women discover their body’s potential and heal from trauma or birth.
I have been practicing bodywork since 2001, teaching yoga & birth preparation since 2005, and began catching babies as a Licensed Midwife in California in 2007.
Today I have a full-time bodywork practice that focuses on women’s health. My advanced trainings in pelvic floor rehabilitation, craniosacral therapy and Holistic Pelvic Care™, along with my midwifery experience & intuitive understanding, help me get to the root of pelvic issues and bring deep, lasting healing.
My private healing practice is based in Sonoma, CA though I love to take my workshops and healing offerings to women’s gatherings and retreat settings around the country.
I weave guided visualization and breath-work into a gentle internal bodywork session that aims to unwind tension in the pelvic floor muscles & fascia, release trigger points, and restore energy and blood flow to your pelvic bowl. Women describe immediate effects including feeling more relaxed and centered, a greater sense of support, and increased strength in their pelvic muscles. Though HPC is gentle, the effects are profound and women often notice a change in pelvic symptoms with even one session. Holistic Pelvic Care (HPC) was developed by Tami Kent, pelvic floor PT and author of Wild Feminine. Read more about HPC on my website: www.katecoletti.com
