The herbal world has so much support to offer our bodies and spirits. In this class we will identify the different ways herbs can affect our nervous system and how to incorporate herbalism into our daily lives. We will cover topics such as: balancing and toning the nervous system, herbs to tame stress and anxiety, herbalism to manage pain and sleep, as well as herbs for bringing in joy!
