An integral aspect of stepping into our power, strength and purpose as adults involves the willingness to explore, grieve and move on from our past wounding. Many womxn carry with them the trauma, shame and heartbreak of wounding incurred through painful relationships or experiences with father figures, including abandonment, abuse, death, mental illness and estrangement. In this group process circle, we’ll witness each other in the sharing and reclaiming of our stories, define what is, and is not, our responsibility in the work of repair, discuss healthy boundary building, and create ceremony around calling in a new, supportive relationship with the masculine, to support us in our personal lives and out in the world.
