No matter where you are on your LGBTQIA+ journey, at some point we all face shadow aspects such as but not limited to: fear, shame, guilt, sadness, anger, loss, grief, etc. Part sharing circle and part guided self-healing ceremony, you will learn tools to venture into your own shadow, and to tend to the spaces in you calling for more love and support. You will have the opportunity to express and release old, stagnant, or concurrent emotions and stories, gaining loving perspective and understanding in the process,
Healing is a never ending process of self discovery and each of us has the power to be our own greatest healer.
