Sensual Dance Ceremony
This class is intended to take you on a journey with your own body and sexuality. Through ritual dance and making space to honor higher powers by calling in our ancestors and guides.By setting intention we create a space where we are able to deeply connect with one of our greatest creative forces, our sexual energy. In this class we will flow through movements that will deepen our sexual conversations with our own bodies.
This class is a ritual and ceremony for yourself! Wear something that you feel sexy, powerful, juicy, beautiful and comfortable in. When we start dancing usually I am the only one with my camera on so you have the space to get as comfortable as you see fit, sometimes I dance naked sometimes topless, sometimes I slowly take things off so just wear what feels good to you. With ritual dance I set up an altar honoring my ancestors and Oshun, I will usually by flowers, light candles and really put intentions to taking a moments to deeply and romantically connect with myself. Have a yoga mat and blankets we will be on the floor a lot. Also if you have a large mirror to dance in front of that can be very fun!
This is an evening class from 7-8:30 pm on FRIDAY
