A world that allows us to exhale in a deep knowing, and security, that although we may not know what’s around the corner, it is precisely living in that uncertainty that allows us to live in our truth, our core, our center. It is faith and an inner trust that only we can experience for ourselves. No one can tell us, or show us but ourselves. This is Embodied Spirituality.
