The Eagle & Condor Healing Ceremony

The Eagle & Condor Healing Ceremony

When the Europeans conquered the “New World” of the Americas (North, Central & South), the Indigenous peoples became divided from one another, and lost their original knowledge and connection to the Earth.

This ancient 500 year old prophecy of the Eagle and the Condor speaks of a time when the Eagle, representing the people of the North, and the Condor, representing the people of the South, will once again fly freely together throughout the mountain ranges of the Americas.

We are now living this prophecy! This unification brings deep healing as we remember and share our knowledge of the land, wisdom and medicines, bringing balance and harmony not only to ourselves & the Americas, but to all of humanity and the planet.

Co-leaders Erika Gagnon (Canada) and Claudia Cuentas (Peru) will discuss traditional wisdom, ceremonies and healing practices of the Americas. They will also be offering a special “limpia”  healing & purification ceremony, and participants will make tobacco prayer ties (North) and Kintus (South) to pray for their lives and our planet.

(Participants are asked to bring an item to place on the communal altar)
