Join in this hands-on class to learn how to make sauerkraut with instructor Cameron Green.
Class participants will have the opportunity to go through the whole process of making a batch of sauerkraut, including what a “finished” batch looks like. Includes recipe and techniques to take home! Cameron has her own cultured foods business, growing her own cabbage and other ingredients on her certified organic farm. Cameron has batched hundreds of crocks of kraut, and has tips and tricks to share for your own home food culturing.
