Womb in full bloom
In this deeply nourishing, centering yoga flow we’ll tune into our Divine Feminine essence, giving special attention to healing, balancing and clearing our womb space (the second or sacral chakra). It is here in the womb that we find our radiant, fertile essence and ability to breathe life into our creations. We also often store our deepest emotions, past traumas and feelings in the womb and when they are not fully cleared they can manifest as blocked creative energy, infertility, unhappiness, sickness and disease. Caring for the womb space is essential to the health and wellbeing of every woman at any stage of her life – even those who have had hysterectomies, as the energy of the womb and sacral chakra still requires our love and attention. In this yoga class we will bring intentional love and awareness to the womb, allowing for the mind and physical body to relax and the spirit to blossom fully. No previous yoga experience necessary.

What changes would you like to see in your life? What are you ready to let go of? What energy are you welcoming in? Take some time to journal on the subject before you arrive. You may bring your notes or journal entry with you and add to it as you are inspired to during the yoga class.
