20 Dec Being in Your Body
This is a workshop that focuses on loving the body from the inside out. A strong connection to the body builds self-confidence and fortifies intuition. The workshop will begin with a sharing circle that discusses topics such as sex without shame, making our bodies home and releasing stereotypes. The sharing circles will be followed by a guided Breathwork meditation. Breathwork is an active form of meditation. A simple breathing pattern helps to quiet the mind and awaken a connection to the body. All levels of meditation and spirituality are welcome.
