Creative Mending
Creative mending is an invaluable skill that will save you time, money, and well-loved garments. Giving new life to worn out clothes breaks fast fashion’s cycle of consumerism and allows the maker to customize their garments to their craft. In this workshop, designer, Angela Sison will lead students through the basics of hand sewing and mending. Angela will demonstrate different sewing techniques from sewing a button to patching up a whole.
