Alexandra is an integrative healer and mentor specializing in therapeutic practices, teachings, and ceremonies through her decade of training with master teachers worldwide. She grew up as a busy city girl with a sensitive heart that led her to leave behind everything she learned and loved to begin an unknown journey along the west coast. Overwhelmed by the change, she knew listening to her body & intuition would safely guide her. Her sensitivity to the unseen realms through music, ceremony and subtle energy opened her pathway to train, integrate, and teach a holistic approach to live as a spiritual being in a modern world. Alexandra’s favorite way of sharing and teaching is in nature while being supported by the plant, animal, and mineral kingdoms! She has been intimately co-creating with stones her entire life and has become a crystal practitioner specializing in vibrational elixirs & essences for illuminating the energetic light body. The relationship between water, crystals, and frequency is subtle and elusive. Still, with time, discipline, and space, she consciously began to interact with the slow nature of stone medicine, which is now her passion for sharing with others who feel deeply. It brings her joy to share the journey of crystalline formularies and essences with those ready to remember ancient memories, stories, and songs.
