  • 4. The SWG Staff member agrees to be take on their role on the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. The SWG Staff member will perform all offerings that are reasonable within the agreed upon position of the SWG Staff member.
  • 5. The SWG Staff member's exchange may be changed by agreement and with the approval of both the SWG Staff member and the Spirit Weavers.
  • SWG Community Compensation
  • 8. This compensation will be payable at the end of the Gathering while this agreement is enforced, and will be paid to the SWG Staff member no later than July 10th, 2026.
  • 9. The SWG Community member understands and agrees that any additional amount paid to the SWG Staff member in the form of bonuses or other similar compensation will rest in the sole discretion of Spirit Weavers LLC.

    10. If SWG staff member receives over $600.00 of compensation, SWG Staff Member agrees to fill out a W9 form and will not be paid until this is received.
  • Place of Work
    11. The SWG Staff member's place of work will be at the following location: 160 Ollis Road Cave Junction, OR
  • Volunteer
    12. The first years work with SWG is on a Volunteer basis, after that if you continue to return you will then receive payment.
  • Privacy & Confidentiality::
    13. The SWG Staff member acknowledges that any information relating to the business, organization, and management of Spirit Weavers Gathering is confidential and not to be shared to others outside the Spirit Weavers Community without consent from Mea.

  • 14. The SWG Staff member acknowledges that Spirit Weavers Gathering has developed its organizational systems, structures, and processes through years of grassroots learning, experience, and community collaboration. These systems—including but not limited to internal workflows, communication structures, team organization, class curation, event planning processes, design elements, and community guidelines—are the intellectual and creative property of Spirit Weavers Gathering and are shared in trust.

  • 15. The SWG Staff member agrees not to share, distribute, reproduce, or use any internal materials, documents, templates, or processes belonging to Spirit Weavers Gathering outside of the organization without written consent from Mea or Spirit Weavers LLC.

  • 16. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with other gatherings, organizations, events, or individuals, or using it to create or support a similar gathering or project.

  • 17. The SWG Staff member understands that this privacy and confidentiality agreement continues indefinitely beyond the duration of their service or employment with Spirit Weavers Gathering.

  • 18. All information, documents, and practices learned through participation with Spirit Weavers Gathering are to be held with care, respect, and discretion, honoring the trust and integrity of this community.
